A winters poem | DeadMoon Writes #4
Winter’s frail ego
refuses to let anything go
A winters poem for all of you this morning. I don't think I have posted this here on Steem it before or not. Either way here it is ~ Enjoy
Winters Frail ego
She freezes everything into ice and into snow
She blankets Summers bounty
A Perfect white canvas of her own
But refuses to tarnish
the land that she knows
For she is frightened, she doth not know
How to dance with her art, to live for today
Instead waits for spring
To seize the first dance
a world renewed
because spring took the chance
