The Birka Warrior

Fun Facts: According to my 23 and Me ancestry DNA I am related to the Birka warrior. It was once believed that only men were Viking Warriors until a grave was unearthed in Sweden.

It was originally thought to be male until technology was developed to confirm it was female. DNA discovery of this grave changed the course of history and what we now know and believe! How cool is that?
