A man’s destiny lies within his own hands.

The globe she holds represents that destiny that is not perfect and not complete, but filled with both darkness and light, the dark colourful areas are the parts that demand change, effort, growth, and responsibility, they are the struggles she can not ignore, the weight she must carry if she is to move forward, the small bright areas represent success that required hard work.
Her hands do not simply hold, they monitor, they guide, they shape, they remind us that destiny is not something we wait for, but something we work on. To reach her destination faster, she must take control, face what is dark, and build on what is light, because in the end, nothing changes on its own.
