DCOMIX is a decentralized webcomics platform. It offers various features related to comic creation, management, and promotion online.

Each webcomic is organized into collected works that, when published, appear in different sizes (single, double, three, or four-panel comics) with individual web pages. Comic pages are set into categories and tags are added to describe the story genre.

Basically, it's putting comics on a webspace with its own URL, updating and archiving every page; and with navigation and share buttons, users can control what is displayed and what they want to promote on the web.

Proposal Description

A DCOMIX platform has a top menu bar for searching a comic's title or author and a Create or Log In button for membership registration. A second bar with buttons (Hot, Rising, New, Discover) would showcase existing comics according to genre and rank (Plankton, Minnow, Dolphin, Orca and Whales).

Along with these, DCOMIX members have their own profile accounts with each one having their unique username. Profile pages have a system for messaging (comments and replies), follow button and followers link, works (comics posts), rewards button (curation and author), wallet for Steem transactions, settings, and Log Out button.

Once you login, a DCOMIX user can manage his profile page and work on a comic using the Create button. In the work or editor area, a user can upload any type of image (PNG, JPG), add texts, links, videos, and save it, edit or delete when needed. There's a post button for submission.

On the comic's page, you have the title, author's username, reputation score, and date of posting.

Benefits

Comics' monetization as a major feature would encourage users to participate. You earn Steem Dollars from your creation. Creators with high reputation scores will have badges and tokens that would entitle them to create more comics.
