De vuelta al pole /Back to the pole

Después de unas largas vacaciones volvimos a nuestras clases del pole, estaba muy emocionada por volver, claro que después de tanto tiempo perdimos un poco la práctica, siendo el pole una disciplina muy exigente, debemos ser disciplinados en las prácticas, de lo contrario perdemos el ritmo. Pero lo importante es que regresamos con muchos ánimos y actitud de superarnos este año!!!

After a long vacation we returned to our pole classes, I was very excited to return, of course after such a long time we lost a little practice, being the pole a very demanding discipline, we must be disciplined in practice, otherwise we lose the rhythm. But the important thing is that we came back with a lot of spirit and attitude to improve this year!
