Warming up is an important part of exercising - but sometimes it’s hard to remember to do it. Why not get your workout buddy to remind you? You can ask them for feedback on your form while you’re stretching, or see if they want to do some more intense exercises with you. After all, it’s not just about working out; it’s about working out together. The same goes for motivation and change.
Sometimes, just like typical exercise, we have to "warm up" our internal motivation. One of the best ways to do that is with a friend, or discovering a piece of advice from an unlikely source. This week on D.Buzz, we highlighted a few inspirational pieces of motivational messaging.
There are inspiring messages from @edugomal on ways to achieve success, @igormarynowski reminding us not to be afraid to try something new, and @jacoalberts provides guidance on why routines can help us be inspired. These stories provide a great way to warm up your internal motivation to get out there and get it done.
If you need more motivation, you can also look at your fellow authors such as @seekerista who posted a link to their updated artist website, while @tommyl33 shared with us a link about their travels to distant temples.
Inspiration can also come from nature. @taniagonzalez shared with us an exceptionally beautiful daisy, and @fifay a very cute photo of their cat. These are great ways to warm up the heart for the week ahead.
Sometimes, we can also be inspired by objects in the world around us. @nongkamsailucky did some creative photography with refrigerator magnets; on the tastier side of things, @gigihii03 showed us a photo of some creative desserts that were given to them, lol they look too cute to be eaten.
Last but not least, sometimes you just need to unwind. @steveblucher shared with us a video on how to play Crypto Brew Masters, a fun Hive dapp game!
No matter what it is, get your motivation warmed up a little bit by surfing through content that uplifts you. Then, go be a creator yourself!
Congratulations to all of you - your content and imagery inspires us to post more.
Keep being amazing!
