What's Buzzing D.Buzz?

Humans are social beings. We like to share, we like to connect, we like community and, to tell our story. D.Buzz, while it is a platform for freedom of speech, it is also a platform to talk about your life, share updates, share your hopes and dreams, share your fancy computers photos, pictures with friends, musings and rants about whatever you want. It is a platform for you.

As our collective platform keeps growing, we see our community keep growing, any slowly but surely the insight into people's lives, our connections keeps growing as well.

Today our community highlight is someone who shared a lot with us, in fact they have been on our platform for eight months! WOW, but there is more too.

We like to believe that D.Buzz is more than just a Dapp; it's a community. It is a community of people with a passion for Crypto, a passion for censorship-resistant content, engagement, and a passion for spreading their message.

To give back and express our thanks, every Thursday we will highlight someone from our community in a post across social media. They will be listed as a 50% beneficiary in the post as a way to say thanks!

"Who is a mover and shaker on the block chain"?

That's what we said we were thinking about who to highlight this week at the office. Then it struck us that we should highlight one, the only, @jemmanuel.

This prolific blogger has been on D.Buzz for over 8 months, that in itself is quite an accomplishment. But what is even more awesome, is that they build communities!

@jemmanuel, or Jaka Lumanao a groovy persion who lives in the Philippines, he was the Founder of the #SteemPhilippines group chat (*One of the bigger group chats in the Philippines). From this community of people who came together, many awesome connections grew.

But what is even more awesomer than that awesomeness, is the openness in which he shares his life. While surfing through his buzz's (looking for the first one (HERE), it was a serene experience and pretty epic to see someone's life in photos and messages play out.

That is really what our platform is about. It's about you... It's about whatever message you want to put out there into the world.

So for personifying the spirit of D.Buzz, building communities, posting every day, and in general just being a really great human being, @jemmanuel please accept this community highlight award this week.

@jemmanuel, keep being you and posting cool things. (*By the way, here at the office, we are kind of jealous of your computer as well :D).
