Random Japan #59 :: UFO Noodles

Hello wonderful and amazing people. Welcome to the latest issue of Random Japan, the series that shows you normal, ordinary, and everyday looks at the country.

Today, UFO noodles! Need I say more?

Ready to get started? Good. Let’s jump in. Let’s enter…

Random Japan!

UFO Noodles!

I was thinking of kotturinn@kotturinn when I took this shot. Here are some of the many many many instant noodles available in the store.

Stop and Pray
Stop and Pray

Old Jizo-sama has small homes all over Japan in these tiny roadside shrines. Seeing people pause, bow, and offer a prayer is not uncommon.

Another of the many abandoned houses of Japan.

And that’s all, folks. Thank you for reading. See you next time when, if providence allows, I shall return with another Random Japan.

If you like this random photo from Japan, be sure to check out kaliju@kaliju’s great Random Korea series. The latest entry there is My Random Korea #36 D.Live Edition! - Matcha Tea is NOT Japanese as the world knows it!?

Also be sure to follow kafkanarchy84@kafkanarchy84, maxinpower@maxinpower, boxcarblue@boxcarblue, and wllmdnnd@wllmdnnd for even more random Japan fun! jrvacation@jrvacation has the occasional randomjapan post too. Also, be sure to follow the #randomjapan tag for more from Japan and #randomasia for random shots from the entire area.
