Carlsbad DGC

What up y'all.. just finished a round of disc here in Carlsbad, NM at the local disc golf course.. it was a 18 hole layout around the lake.. here's the basic map..

I missed easy birdie opportunities on hold 1 and 2 so on hole 3 I stopped to roll one.. Heading to home 4 I saw a railroad trestle.. @lightsplasher just featured one in a recent post..

Hole 4 brings the water into play..

I picked up a birdie on 8 but gave it right back with a bogey on 10.. the next birdie came on hole 1w where I made a 50 foot putt.. I stopped for a few on hole 13 to catch my breath..

The lake and the damn dam run on the other side of the hole..

Enter hole 14.. by far the most intimidating even tho it's only 224 feet.. it's over the water and any rolling shot will tickle back to the water..

Time for old reliable.. my Pro Wraith.. more disc than needed but with a soft flick shot that sticks when it hits viola... birdie

Hole 15 was a tunnel shot.. I threw a perfectly low and level shot but ended up getting treejected by that cock sucker right there..

No bogey free round today.. 2 bogeys with 3 birdies to finish at -1

I'm not gonna make lead card with that.. but I am gonna smoke another joint beside the lake..
