Large earthquakes in the ocean deep
There was a large earthquake along the new hebrides trench, or 'New Hebrides Plate' which stretches 25,000 feet deep between New Caldeonia and Vanuatu. This event has been reviewed by USGS and NOAA and there is NO tsunami alert.
