By making different customers to be able to Interact with eachother and ask questions lets take a look at this for instance i normaly purchase pizza 🍕 for my lunch everyday and i bought and i bought medicine from a store and am given points for it and there is another person that buys that medicine frequently anf known alot about this product i can ask him about the medicine and how it works and if i like it i can keep my points so that i will be able to save enough to buy it next time and at such have gain experience about the product.

The major downsides ocurrent fragmented system is the wastage of reward customers collects loyalty reward from different brands just to find that the reward have little to liquidity when they are tired to one brand
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LOYALTY POINTS GOING TO WASTE BECAUSE THEY LACK LIQUIDITY?
Yes i do have such experience because i usually purchase from different stores and most of the loylty point are going to waste if i tied them on one brand but my pizza 🍕 loyalty reward dont go waste because i buy it from the same store always
