Food for thought!

Fresh and appetizing.

I'm from Pampanga the culinary capital of the Philippines. When it comes to food there are only rare Aha moment that I can think of. Context, never ride a plane before so no out of country yet. If you are following my articles it's been one month now since I'm here in Samar Calbayog.

To be honest I've never been to a five star restaurant better yet never had an experience with a Michelin star restaurant. If you say fine dining to me I will say night out dinner with the family. I can only watch it on tv i.e. Kitchen Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen and Hotel Hell. As you can see I'm a fan of Gordon Ramsay.

Let's get into it. Did you have foodgasm before? Let me introduce you to Goyablac 6710 Café | Calbayog (Samar Philippines).

Cozy place to be.

My friend @leveluplifeph told me to order the Turkish Chicken Kebab and Galaxy Lemonade.

Turkish Chicken Kebab.

The Kebab! Fresh grilled chicken, fresh grilled chili, fresh grilled baby tomato and sour cream. Did I say FRESH? I think I did. Mouth watering chicken perfectly cooked so tender so fresh.

Galaxy Lemonade.

The Lemonade! Fresh sliced grapes, fresh sliced orange, fresh sliced lemons and fresh cherry. Again I'm emphasizing the freshness because it is! The sweet violets are plucked out of the plant.

Ate is doing the picking.

I ordered the veggies with mashed potato. The lady told me it will take 15 minutes to cook the mashed potato because they are doing it fresh. Again freshness.

Carrots so fresh, string beans so fresh, freshly made mashed potato with parsley and the gravy with sprinkle of cheese. Why so fresh?!
