FOODlog #1427: Char Koay Teow
Been patroning this guys since they were teenagers more than 10+ years now. Frying up delicious kuey teow basah from a roadside stall and now their own food truck— Amir BM Char Kuey Teow
Still as good as it has been. Aromatic 'wok hey' fragrance with every bite and the gravy just so delicious and addictive that'll definitely get you hooked once you've tried it. Simple ingredients prepared well with just the right amount of seasoning—absolutely perfect!
Went with my wife and mind you we already had dinner but passing by this place on the way to our car, we had to stop by and share plate.
Really glad they have continued doing business for so many years. Highly recommended. If you're ever craving kuey teow basah, this place will not disappoint and leave you satisfied.
