Random Midnight thoughts.

Hello midnight owls.. it's wonderful time to be posting in this community. It's midnight already here in Nigeria (2am)

Now, random thoughts could be so weird and i think my is more wierder.

Mostly every one of us dream when we go sleep and here's my thoughts - In our dreams, are they really real?, Is it our brains that is trying to play trickery on us?

Some say when we go sleep, it's our spirit that goes to the Dreamland and in the Dreamland, it has exactly everything the physical has.
Now, i get confused, if the say the spiritual is connected to physical, why can't i wake up to see the car i was driving in the dream 😒

Although, scientist believe are just activation synthesis hypothesis which is more like a random brain firings but i think that there's more to it than brain firings.
So i need your thoughts on this one, Are dreams true?,Are they really part of life and connected to us?, Or is our brain plays tricks on us while we sleep.
A satisfiable answer would be lovable.
