Dies wird heute wohl ein ziemlich kurzer Beitrag. Die Überschrift heißt nicht umsonst: "So baust du ganz schnell eine Fensterbank ein"

Zu aller erst benötigst du natürlich eine Fensterbank, gibts üblicherweise im Baumarkt oder beim Steinmetz.

Mit einem Gliedermaßstab wird die breite des Fensters gemessen und zusammen mit einem Bleistift das Maß auf die Fensterbank übertragen. Mit einem Trennschleifer wird dann die Fensterbank auf die richtige Länge gekürzt.

Um die Fensterbank anzukleben empfehle ich Natursteinmörtel. Diesen solltest du mit einer Maurerkelle in einem Eimer mit etwas Wasser anrühren...

Dann die Fensterbank in den Mörtel drücken.

Die Seiten Waagerecht ausrichten...

Wenn die Fensterbank im Aussenbereich eingeklebt wird sollte diese allerdings etwas nach vorne kippen. Damit das Regenwasser ablaufen kann.

First of all, you will of course need a window sill, which can usually be found at a hardware store or stonemason.

The width of the window is measured with a folding rule and the measurement is transferred to the window sill with a pencil. The window sill is then shortened to the correct length using a cut-off machine.

I recommend natural stone mortar to glue the window sill. You should mix this with a trowel in a bucket with a little water...

Then press the windowsill into the mortar.

Align the pages horizontally...

However, if the window sill is glued outside, it should tilt forward slightly. So that the rainwater can drain away.
