Entry for the Shadow Contest/SMASh - Round 395
I realized I'd never photographed the shadow of a bridge before, so I took advantage of the fact that I was in a friend's car and took this photo of the bridge's shadow projected on the ground.
It's a huge, long shadow. Now I understand why people who don't have a place to live often take shelter under bridges, as it provides protection from the sun and rain.
