Brisk Walking Exercise View

Today 27.02.2019 is another day of Brisk Walking exercise.. The routine is walking down the hill and walking up the staircase behind St. Michael's Church.
My wife and I managed to complete 12 rounds of that routine this evening, tomorrow we will set another target that is 14 rounds.. 2 rounds increase a day, good enough to burn all those fats around the waist..
