Rare Ghosts now are being minted

The whitelisted presale has officially kicked off over on https://www.rareghostclub.com/. This is the only URL where you can get a Rare Ghost, all other websites are scams. Do not fall for DMs from accounts that look like familiar names such as Rare Ghost Bot or LordWave. It is crucial that you only send your ETH through https://www.rareghostclub.com/.

Just before the presale began, we had our 3rd AMA. LordWave and Dollar took about an hour of their time to discuss any last-minute questions about minting. How to mint

Now let's walk through the steps of minting your Rare Ghosts. Remember that there is a maximum of 3 Rare Ghosts per wallet during the presale. You will be able to mint more during the public sale, which starts Friday (around 10:30 pm EST). Be sure to join the Discord to be the first to know the exact time of the public sale https://discord.gg/sx82CesCST.

Now listen closely so that you can understand how to mint your Rare Ghost(s)

First, you must connect your wallet to https://www.rareghostclub.com/. As you can see below, many wallets are compatible.

After that, you will have the option to select a quantity. Each Rare Ghost costs .08 ETH. You can watch the Gas fee calculator just below that. Check the image below for a visual.

If you are using MetaMask, your browser plugin will look like this next screenshot. Remember that if you are not satisfied with the gas price, you can always back out of the transaction before confirming. You will not lose your spot on the whitelist if you cancel. You have 48 hours to mint during the presale, so be patient and wait for the gas fees to be as low as possible. The image below shows the potential cost of minting 3 Rare Ghosts at once, which is generally cheaper than doing them individually.

After you mint your Rare Ghost it will be in your wallet in approximately 30 seconds. For the time being, the image that shows on https://opensea.io/ (once you connect your wallet there) will be a placeholder image. Be aware that your Rare Ghost may take a bit longer than 30 seconds to appear on OpenSea. The reveal of all the hidden Rare Ghosts will happen after the public sale is finished. Once all 10,000 Rare Ghosts have been minted (most likely by the end of this weekend), your true images will populate in your account.

The process is pretty simple, but I understand that many are still fresh to crypto and NFTs. I hope that this guide of mine provided you with a reasonable explanation as to how the process will go. If you didn't get whitelisted, you will still follow these same steps during the public sale. Be prepared to see much higher gas fees during the public sale. Also, you will have to worry about the remainder of the supply selling out, so you'll want to be there as soon as the public sale goes live. During the presale, you do not have to worry about the supply running out.
