Hone is fixing my hormones 👩‍⚕️

It has been just over 3 months since I first started my hormone therapy with https://honehealth.com/. I have to say that the whole experience has been pretty great. I am very excited to share my most recent blood test results so that you can see just how much all of this stuff has done for my body.

As you see in the title of this video, my main goal to increase my free testosterone levels has been a huge success. However, with that has come increased estrogen levels. Luckily this is something that can be adjusted and I will explain our new action plan in today's video.

It looks like now I will be pairing my Clomid prescription with Anastrozole. If you have never heard of either of those two things, be sure to watch my video so I can explain it all to you. I have even included my entire virtual doctor appointment so you can see exactly how all of this stuff plays out.

I will continue to update on my progress as more months pass. I will be doing a new blood test every 3 months to make sure what we are doing is doing what my body needs.
