Having A Great Day At The Farm: Checking My Ornamental Plants and Farm Exploration
As for that, I decided to get the husks I want to use and started to put the husks very carefully before tying up with this small rope. I carefully covered the roots with this husks so it will stick it when it grows longer and can absorb the nutrients from husk since this material is good for organic fertilizers. It takes almost an hour of doing it because I have lots of orchids here that needs to cover with coconut husks. After that, I watered it very gently so the plants will not be stress or damage.
We also do coconut harvesting yesterday and I am very happy that there are thousands of coconuts we harvested. After checking the plants, I went to explored our farm where coconuts was placed. I always did this to see of there are still lots of coconuts left at the grassy place that needs to place so it can be hauled by next day. Each group of coconuts contains almost a hundreds of it and the hauler started to hauled it yesterday but He did not finished his work due to an urgent and important reason. Tomorrow He will continued hauling this coconuts before selling it.
Dry coconut palms are perfectly placed in standing positions here in this simple bamboo fences. It will help to keep it dry quickly, we only used firewoods instead of stoves that is why gathering lots of it must be done specially when rainy season will happen. I already sold some of my firewoods at the super market last day, it also gives us few additional family earnings.
Gladly our young coconut has not been damage during harvesting last day. Most of the young coconuts we planted here are already stabled producing lots of young leaves. We already planted almost hundreds of young coconut plants.
After that I decided to went at the mountain again just to checked our pineapple plants bearing lots of fruits. It takes almost half an hour of walking going to the mountain and it was already 8 in the morning. The views of the mountains and nearby places are very wonderful to see. I decided to went there early so I can catch up the intense heat and can be back at home in early time.
As I finally at the Mountain top, I started to looked for any pineapple fruits, gladly I'd got one. I only takes a few minutes there and decided to went back home so I can do my house chores just like cleaning the lawn and preparing the food for our Breakfast and lunch. This pineapple fruits I've good is perfect for desert and If I am lucky, I got lots of it by next day I will sell some of it at the supermarket by next day. Finally as I got back home, I take a minute rest and started doing my house chores.
Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
