Just A 21K Pass Out - Set Your Mind, GET IT!!!

I had a bit of a crazy long day yesterday after sleeping in a bit. I ended up not taking much of anything for shots of the day even while heading out for my last walk in the evening with fiance making for 21K steps total. Being the first day of not smoking I start talking in this video about how the simple things in life help us through moments like these. Something different my fiance tried for my coffee, adding a pinch of cinnamon to perk things up a bit. Makes all the difference being a constant mind puller every swig. I rather enjoy the change actually and may consider doing this more in future for my first cup of the day.
