Just Doing It

I have taken several steps to prepare for a better new year.

I touch a little on it in the video above, more to come.

My activity for the day was 2 decent walks focusing on getting to building cardio. I still have a long ways to go but I am able to reach for 15k steps again on a regular basis. One thing I will note is that my new work does not allow for my mobile to track my steps so I have picked up a Fitbit… more to come on that in future 👍
