False flag? Psychological war.

Donbas separatists yesterday began the evacuation of the civilian population to Russia, according to them Ukraine was about to launch a full-scale military attack. Today the 19th they are already claiming that Ukraine is bombing with mortar shells... On the other hand, Ukraine denies this information.

We know that russia needs an excuse to invade Ukraine, but it is not possible to know who is pushing the bar for a conflict to happen... Because it could be a false flag or it could be real.
