Love at first bite

I was so yesterday evening and my colleagues bought this cute bun - Char siu (non-halal) from Cafe 33. A coffee shop located at Lintas, Sabah. They went to Lintas to submit reports to our company secretary. Then, they stop by to this coffee chop and 'tapau' for us.

Char Siu bun is a must try from this coffee shop. It has this flavorful taste mix with black sauce when you chew the meat in your mouth and you would not forget about the taste. The meat also so tender that you would like to have another one.

The soft cottony texture inside is what makes these bun so tasty and additive to eat.

Next time will visit the place and try all the buns served there.
