The president of Haiti, after a long period of silence has finally broken it. The February 14th of 2019 . He made a national speech. Through what he said from that speech, we can say the President Jovenel is not resigning from his post. That is contrary to what the manifestants are demanding through their so called "Peyi a lock." Manifestations, started since February 7th until the present moment.

The president has spoken but it seems like the population hasn't understood a word.
In Port au Prince the capital of the Nation. The population is suffering, because they can't go buy foods, drinking water nor water to bathe.
