What if the multiverse is real?

I was watching a movie earlier and I was so moved by the story. It was thought-provoking and I feel like I can relate.

In the movie, the idea of a "parallel universe" was opened.

It also made me think... what if there are multiple universes that are similar to our universe? What could I be in that parallel universe? Am I successful? Am I with the woman that I truly love? Am I a singer? Am I an Architect? What country do I live in that other parallel universe? There are so many questions left in my mind after watching the movie.

The idea is interesting because in my present time here in the universe that I am aware of, I have many wishes or wants that I have not yet achieved. In a parallel universe could I have achieved them? There is a theory about our "dreams" that they are a vision of what we are in another parallel universe. It seems that we are seeing a version of ourselves in a different world in that parallel universe. So if you have a dream that you are a lawyer but in your reality where you are aware you are a famous singer, the explanation for that is because you saw a version of yourself in another parallel universe.

That's why until now scientists have not been able to explain the reason why we have dreams.

But in the world of science, there are those who say that the "parallel universe" or "multi-verse" exists.

So far there is no concrete evidence or proof to prove that this theory is true. It's up to you whether you believe it or not.

Well, if I were to answer that question... "I want to believe that it exists". Take note, I'm not trying to prove that it exists, in fact, I said that I want it to exist. And hopefully, there is a way to cross the border between the parallel universe or swap between our versions and experience a different kind of life, right? It sounds like I would like to escape my current universe and give another version of my life a try; I won't disagree with that. Because the truth is I want to know what the answer is to my "what ifs".

What if I could go back to a different timeline, let's say 15 years ago, and choose a different path for my life, will I be happier now?

Maybe it's too late and I can't go back to the past here in the universe I'm aware of, but maybe there's another universe where my life is just beginning. What if I can switch or swap to that version of my life and make better decisions for my life, will it be a better life to have compared to how I'm doing right now?

Actually, it's nice to play with thoughts when it comes to the topic of the parallel universe because I feel like there are still options to choose from and there are still chances to take. Unlike the current universe that I'm aware of, it seems like my choices are very limited and the chances I have are rare.

That's probably the reason why "I want to believe that a parallel universe exists."
