It’s called the LAPS Funnel !

⭐️(L)- Leads
Acquire leads , For example house listing . Local listing , MLS , Zillow , word to mouth , etc .

⭐️(A) - Analyst
Run the numbers Analysts the numerous deals , pick the best ones ☝️ Numbers don’t lie !

⭐️ (P)- Presue
Go after the best deals , presue that Cash flow !

⭐️ (S) - Success
Persistence will result it success

So with that being said I Challenge all 🦁:90 Members to practice the Laps Method in your local market will 50 recently listed offerings start today it will only benefit you in the long run !
