Have you ever heard the phrase "Bitconneeeect!" ? The person who sang it that way is called Carlos Matos - an investor in the Bitconnect coin who became famous onstage in Thailand 2017. There are many videos online that you can watch later. So, the story is that a lot of people invested in this coin and it raised a very high price. The company promised very high profits in a short time. In the end, it was all a scam and millions were lost. According to the documents and Department of Justice, Southern District of California, The BitConnect scheme is believed to be the largest cryptocurrency fraud ever charged criminally of over $2 billion. While many have blamed Carlos for the scam, there's one name jumped from behind - Glenn Arcaro. The legend Carlos Matos is apreparing auctioning off his infamous meme as a series of NFTs, which he believes are worth a lot of money. This is the video:
