I Am Still On My Effort To Gain A Better Well-Being Remains

Hello dear friends here at steem, it is already Monday and God-willing I will have my dialysis tomorrow. I am also a bit full now with fluids but relatively okay in my breathing since I had been drawn with less than three kilos of fluids from my last dialysis.

I am in an effort to reduce my total body weight to the levels that I am comfortable with and it is hard to do that with a system that my nurses uses because they just set me a maximum fluids that they can take from my body and is not good because if I would load up more than the maximum it means I will go home with an extra water in my body.

So the next time I would go for my dialysis I will have a lesser allowance of water to load-up but if I do not control my water intake which is not that easy I will leave again the dialysis with extra water weight on top of the other session so it builds up over time and now here I am with only a little while I feel bloated already with water.

That is why I just wanted the weather to turn hot and humid because I know that perspiring will help me reduce my weight naturally as well as making me take off toxins in my body. Right now the weather is cooler that is why I do not perspire so I am waiting and soon I will achieve the relief that I deserve.
