My Coughing Had Improved And It Did Scared Me

Yesterday I was having this coughing episodes which really made me worried a lot. My life flashed before me so I told my mother to just give me some lozenges because it helped me before.

I also went on to make a sauna bath using my sauna suit. It is an amazing tool that lets you drip in sweat. I reckon that maybe it was just the fluids in my lungs that is making me cough. But even though I had some fluids in my lungs before it really doesn't me cough other than if I just dropped some considerable weight again.

I used the sauna suit from around 8:00 PM to around 3:30 PM where mother insisted me a few times to go and end the session because I had already sweated too much. Usually the use of it is based on the activity that you had done and the heat of the surrounding temperatures.

I managed to get some sleep too until my mother had woke me up at 3:30 AM and from that point I went into the bathroom to get a needed cooler bath. It was very nice of a feeling if you just shed so many fluids via sweating and I intend to do that in the times that I am not feeling so well because it helped me. My cough is now eased-up and I no longer had the urge to cough.
