I Topped-Up With My Phosphate Binder Again

This phosphate binder that I use in order for me not to absorb most of the phosphorus in my foods that I eat and the liquids that I drink so that I will not put any more reason to my parathyroid to get hyper.

I am happy that my country's government was able to slash much of the price of some of the major drugs or medicines that my fellow countrymen/patients use for our ailments.

For example this "Renvela" Sevelamer Carbonate costs me to buy it before for about $1.72 in dollar's worth per tablet but now it got slashed with its price more than 50% in total with my disability privilege discount and now I can buy it for about $.78 per tablet.

I am just hoping that soon my "Cinacalcet" will get slashed almost the same price cut so that it can help me with saving more money for my other necessities for maintaining my health like my needed and necessary foods like fruits and Kimchi that I had gotten to like as it helps me to build-up my appetite and eat more my meals even though I could only eat twice a day.

I am strict with my diet more than ever, I just eat natural foods most of the time so that I will not get to ingest food additives especially phosphates that most manufactured and packaged foods and drinks contain.

Even some natural foods foods contains much phosphorus like nuts, seeds, dairy products, internal organs meats which I sometimes eat as long as I take more Renvela.

I hope that I will not be required anymore to take this phosphate binder and Cinacalcet in the future but for the meantime this medicine is just so crucial for me to take everyday because it is helps me with controlling the damaging effects of my hyperparathyroid condition.
