Creative Sunday : My Daughter’s Favorite Paneer Bhurji

Hello my Hive learner family,
How are you all? Hope you’re happy and healthy.
Sunday is a day off for my husband and kids. Everyone just relaxes and does their own thing.
My daughter wanted me to make paneer bhurji, so I thought, why not make her favorite dish .
So, today I want to share one of my daughters favorite dish paneer bhurji. Its super easy to make, really tasty and perfect for a lazy Sunday when you just want something yummy without spending hours in the kitchen.

)2 teaspoon Paneer – 200g (crumbled)

Onion - 1 ( chopped)

Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped)

Garlic - 5-6 cloves (chopped)

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli powder - 1 /2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves

Coriander leaves – a small handful (chopped)

Oil - 2 tablespoon

🌸 First, chop your ginger, garlic, and onion and then grind them in a blender.

🌼Crumble your paneer and keep it ready.

🌺 Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Then add the paste of ginger, garlic, and onion.

🌸After that, add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder, and roast everything on low heat until it’s well cooked.

🌼 Time for the main star—paneer! Add the crumbled paneer to the masala and mix it well. Let it cook for just a couple of minutes; you don’t want it to become rubbery.

Add salt

🌺 Turn off the heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Now your hot, delicious paneer bhurji is ready to serve.

You can enjoy it with roti, paratha, or even some toasted bread. Honestly, it’s simple, quick, and everyone loves it. Perfect for a cozy Sunday meal!
