This would be day four in my Splinterlands journey! It's been smooth sailing and quite a bit of fun :) The results have been kindly rewarding.

Today I want to quickly review another awesome daily pack opening and my game process so far.

Pack Opening

My first ever Chaos Legion pack opening produced TWO gold foil cards right off the bat! The next two were less exciting, but did expand my collection. I suppose they can't all be so exciting :)

However, today I was rewarded with THREE rare cards in one pack!
Pelacor Arbalest, Goblin Tower, and summoner Tarsa. I would have to consider a summoner card as an extra bonus.

Legendary and goild foil cards are always welcome, but I'll take this every day :)

Game Progress

Every time I get closer to breaking into the Bronze 2 level, I'm matched with much tougher opponents with much larger collections :) It's getting a lot tougher, quickly!

I was still able to pull out enough wins to complete my daily quest with the Water Splinter. Most of the losses came against some heavy magic attacks, and I don't have much of a defense against that yet using Water (even with the summoner debuff).

There was a surprising amount of credits given out as a reward for completing the daily quest:

More Staking

I purchased and staked a few more SPS into @Splinterlands. Although it's just a few dollars right now, I've been doing daily claims and adding a bit more every day. Any SPS winnings I may get from a tournament will be added to the pot.

Ultimately, it would be nice to have enough SPS staked to build a collection of vouchers and to earn enough for a new pack purchase once in a while. This would certainly be a long-term goal, but consistency is going to be the key.
