Mum
87 Words - 1 Minute Read
A life ninety one years long.
All of the joy and the tragedy.
The smiles and the tears.
The girls and the boys.
The births and the deaths.
A tree of life, sprawling branches, delicate tendrils interwoven connected within the greater forest of life.
A hand held cold, breathing shallow, a mind slowly receding from conscious reality. All that life contemplated in just a blink of an eye.
Yet that final; "I love you" will stay with me till the day I die.
Rest In Peace Mum.
