Chicken Curry for One
While 
I was left to fend for myself.
Ingredients
Chicken
Peppers
Onions
Corrainder
Curry powder to baste chicken
Shove it all in a slow cooker
Curry sauce from a jar (kind of cheating I know)
Cooked some brown rice in a rice cooker to serve with. It was yummy, and I still have some for tomorrow :)
