In this episode, Alessandra is in Krakow for @hivebeecon, where she explains how the whole vibe of the CWH space can be wrapped up in one freedom-loving phrase: **“We’ll see ya when we see ya!” **

My friend @ph1102 of @liotes recently reminded me why it matters. He’d joined a few sessions, then said something to the effect of, ”I really should get back to CWH. I have things I need to work on there. I should just really get myself there so I can focus on those things.”

In my Texas upbringing, I thought, “whoa, there cowboy🤠-easy does it. That’s not how we roll. It’s much gentler than that.”

You see, CWH is a bit counterintuitive as per the “accountability” trends. We believe that as hosts, our job is to show up every day to keep the room safe, steady, and open — same time, same channel.

But as the creative crew? Y’all should just come when it works for you.
No guilt, no pressure. Just, “We see ya when we see ya.”
