We Believe...

Creative Work Hour is a creative lab with a tiny footprint. We've experienced plenty of fails & falls to get where we are on Hive, which we're proud to say is now a happy little Red Fish of an account according to reports from Hive Buzz.

We came as a preexisting community to Hive because our values are so suitably aligned. We strongly believe that what creators create is theirs indelibly and the value of that work, both artistically and economically, should be immutably secure.

We Travel...

Travel is deep in our DNA. Although founder @alessandrawhite was living in San Francisco during the soft opening weeks of @creativeworkhour, the grand opening of CWH was actually broadcast while traveling in the Pacific Northwest from the "Central Perk" style lobby furnished with purple velvet sofas at the historic Montvale Hotel, Spokane, Washington.

Since that day, CWH has been hosted from 12 countries & counting. With the fresh redesign of our account to publish The CWH Daily News 📰 to report on our three or more LIVE events a day, we want to recognize the efforts of another team with equal wanderust— WorldMappin for their dedication to tracking Hivians the world over. 🗺️

We Honour...

Today, to spotlight the work of the crew at World Mappin, we are delegating over 10% of our HP to honour their efforts to save the legacy Pinmapple project and grow @worldmappin into one of the most beloved projects on Hive. We send our heart-felt congratulations to your beautiful team of devs, advisers, and curators. ❤️

From wherever in the world we find ourselves hosting Creative Work Hour, rest assured that we will be documenting our hosting journey every day on The CWH Daily News post with World Mappin. 💪🏽

Who Are CWH and What We Do

Creative Work Hour is a community, a creative incubator, and a daily HIVE-staking project. We have hosted more than 3000 LIVE events since founded by @alessandrawhite on 1 July, 2021. Every single day we host no fewer than three events.

The first, #cuppajoe is a casual hang out, a coffee break. The second, Creative Work Hour #cwh is our flagship event that powers up daily. The third, Practice Not Perfect #pnp is our bonus event designed for muted music practice and for creative work to continue.
