I made some fresh pasta

So I made this fresh pasta yesterday (March 22, 2023). The mistake I did was I didn't let it dry/cure, and I put it a sealed bag and put it in fridge what I was going to cook yesterday and freeze the rest. I screwed up.

When I took it out of the fridge to start cooking it I noticed it wasn't looking like the picture anymore. It went back to the dough and not spaghetti strands anymore. Next time I will let it dry/cure before putting it away/cooking.
