It probably wouldn't surprise anyone that OpenAI's ChatGPT was used to choose which states for this gradual rollout and mobilization. AGI still has not been made headlines from the pulpit, nor have they chosen an avatar for it.

But yeah, Women+ is neccessary in order to press up the fountainheads of Progress. The language of superiority of AI-augmented humans requires an "update" to man and woman pronouns and set off a race war / segregation and ostracization.
