Happy New Year + Cucumelon Sour
Like the title says, Happy New Year everyone! Hope you're having a good one so far!
Thought I'd start the year with something quirky and here we are, the Cucumelon sour by Adnams.
Got a thin head that dissipated pretty quickly. Aroma is mostly gherkiny. Taste wise, the cucumber shines through being very pronounced; lightly sour, could take more really. Overall it is a very quaffable beer; I can see myself drinking a few of these on a summer's day and the 4% makes it perfect for that.
Anyway, that's about it for this lazy 1st of Jan.
