Gluten free bread
Gluten free bread using tapioca flour, chana flour, oats, xanthan gum, yeast
In this example, a bread making machine is used, but hand mixing in the traditional way may achieve better results! (better rising/larger air holes)
Ingredients:
300g tapioca flour
300g chana flour
100g oats
10g bran
10g flaxseed powder
1 table spoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon pink salt
550ml water - you may need to add more water to suit ingredients
1 tablespoon dried yeast
2 tablespoons red sugar (mix the sugar yeast prior to mixing to produce a strong yeast/sugar reaction)
7 teaspoons xanthan gum
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
