Ingredients
🫑 1 green bell pepper, sliced
🫑 1 red bell pepper, sliced
🧅 1 yellow onion, sliced
🫒 Olive oil
🥩 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
🌿 King Oregg’s Seasoning Spicy Italian
🥖 1 French bread loaf
🧈 Land O’ Lakes garlic and herb butter
🧀 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
1- Prep the Vegetables:
- Slice the green and red bell peppers and the yellow onion into thin strips.
2- Cook the Beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and season generously with King Oregg’s Seasoning Spicy Italian.
