Ingredients

🍁 2 tablespoons maple syrup

πŸ«™ 4 mason jar lids (optional but recommended for shape)


Instructions

1- Prepare the Sausage:

  • In a skillet, add a bit of water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  • Place the sausage patties in the water and cook over medium heat until fully cooked through and browned on each side. Remove and set aside.

2- Make the Pancakes:

  • In a small bowl, combine the pancake mix with water to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat a separate non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter.
  • Place 2 mason jar lids on the pan and fill each one with pancake batter.
  • Pour a small amount of maple syrup on top of each pancake before flipping.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides, then remove the lids.

3- Prepare the Eggs:

  • In the same pan, add a bit more butter.
  • Place the mason jar lids back and pour beaten eggs into the rings.
  • Add salt to taste and cook until the eggs are set.

4- Assemble the Sandwich:

  • Layer a pancake on the bottom, followed by an egg, a sausage patty, and top it with another pancake.
  • Serve immediately with additional maple syrup if desired.
