Ingredients

Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner pieces.
  • Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

2- Bread the Chicken:

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs.
  • Coat thoroughly with Italian-style breadcrumbs mixed with half of the shredded parmesan cheese.

3- Pan-Fry the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the breaded chicken pieces.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the pan; fry in batches if necessary. Remove and set aside.

4- Prepare the Marinara Sauce:

  • In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

5- Bake the Chicken:
