How Bitcoin worked before computers were invented
Today I attended a really great Bitcoin presentation at Food4Thought.
If you're into crypto and you're ever in Chiang Mai - you can attend interesting, free presentations every Monday there.
Actually it was a fun workshop, more than just a presentation, because there was a lot of audience participation.
It was held by the guys from ecd.rs - a Serbian exchange - and they explained us e.g. the Byzantine's General Problem by making everyone walk through the room, carrying a secret message from one person to another, and seeing how many correct answers arrived on the other side :)
They also made the audience create transactions on post-its and mine on post-its, too :)
At some point someone yelled through the room, "This must be how Bitcoin worked before computers were invented!" ๐
So everyone had fun and learned something - I thought it was a great way to make such a complicated subject more tangible for regular people.
There even was a block reward for the miners who won the block! ๐
