What is the best movie of all time?

How about the first Rocky movie. I just simply like the back story. How Stalone wrote the screenplay, then refused to let anyone produce it unless he played Rocky. That decision to hold out when he was broke and basically parking cars for a living, paid massive dividends. He truly was the rags to riches star of the movie, who could have played it better?
