KYC through a blockchain application

I have been thinking if there is any mechanism to check the identity of those transacting through bitcoins and yesterday i found a very interesting interview of an enterprise which developed the mechanism of performing KYC for the blockchain applications

I guess this is a new initiative on the subject of blockchain but they are working on regulations for blockchain applications. We need one of the leaders of the steem blockchain to discuss how the steem can help in building transparency and regulations around the steem blockchain. Read the complete story here
