Hello world, greetings Hivers and salutations to the lovers of music. It has been awhile I posted here on the hive music community due to some minor setbacks but I am back where I belong. For my entry this week, I want to a song really special to me, a cover to Sadie Jean's What are you doing Now Andi hope y'all like it.
Listening to this for the first time as a tiktok song has me in my feelings for quite some time. I was scared of getting the complete version because I had been cat fished lots of times where the song ends up not as good but I decided it a try and ended up with a beautifully done song. When I took my time to listen to the song all the way from the very beginning, I got goosebumps and my love for the lyrics literally got me scared as the song was just about losing something good and it influenced me to the point where I started feeling I was gone to crash out on a lot of things I had going on in my life. In the end I had to accept the song as a warning not to screw up what I had going on in my life. Wyd now is song about break ups with hope of reunion. Sadie Jean talks about everything that she misses about relationship, all the promises they made together. She goes as far as saying she doesn't want to grow old looking back to promises they made when they were younger and for that reason alone she wants them to fix things if that's possible and to that she asks the million dollar question, what are you doing now..
