In this video I'll show you how to set up git version control and heroku webhosting for our Friends List App.

Version control using git and github are pretty easy with rails. I'll show you how to set both up in this video.

We'll also set up Heroku for free web hosting, modify our gemfile to use the postgres database for production instead of sqlite3, and then push our app to heroku so that it's live and online...all for free.
