Judge says BLM damning the environment

A judge has ruled that the U.S. Bureau of Land Management has been reckless, careless, and bought off in its leases of public U.S. lands to private interests for the purpose of fracking. The BLM has not done appropriate review or considered how its reckless actions are endangering the environment and future generations. The BLM has completely disregarded climate change and failed utterly in its responsibility to protect land, people, air and water.
